The current condition..
I purchased the place gutted. The only things that was kept was the wood trimming, pocket doors,
broken windows, and the floor plan.

| Master bedroom window |
| The stairs which is structural still sound. That great for a home that was built in 1890. I appreciate the craftsmanship.
| Window in what will be a guest bathroom on the second floor. View sucks though.
| This is the lovely kitchen. Wonder if I can cook there now, Scary!
| A view of the library with fireplace. Yes, library.
| Dinning room, aka almost the oval room.
| Fireplace number 2, unfortunately one will need to be decommissioned. |
| View of the vestibule, front door and stairs.
| The massive window in front parlor. The window frame is definitely a keeper. Contractor is nuts if he think I would agree to get rid off. |
| A view of the parlor, the fire place needs a lot of work. |
| The exterior need some work, the brick have been beaten badly by the Windy city's weather. |
Nice pictures. You've got some major work there. Look forward to seeing its progress.
