House tour

The current condition..

I purchased the place gutted.  The only things that was kept was the wood trimming, pocket doors,
broken windows, and the floor plan.

Master bedroom window

The stairs which is structural still sound. That great for a home that was built in 1890. I appreciate the craftsmanship.

Window in what will be a guest bathroom on the second floor. View sucks though.

This is the lovely kitchen. Wonder if I can cook there now, Scary!

A view of the library with fireplace. Yes, library.

Dinning room, aka almost the oval room.

Fireplace number 2, unfortunately one will need to be decommissioned.

View of the vestibule, front door and stairs.

The massive window in front parlor. The window frame is definitely a keeper. Contractor is nuts if he think I would agree to get rid off.

A view of the parlor, the fire place needs a lot of work.

The exterior need some work, the brick have been beaten badly by the Windy city's weather.
